President / Owner
Kirk Gallagher is the Founder and President of QC Services, LLC. A graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Technology from Southeastern Louisiana University, with over 20 years of experience in the demolition and environmental services industry, Kirk brings deep operational knowledge, hands-on leadership, and a commitment to safety and excellence.
Over the course of his career, Kirk has held a range of key roles including Superintendent, Project Manager, Vice President and President—giving him a comprehensive understanding of both field operations and strategic oversight. His leadership has guided QC Services, LLC, from its founding to becoming a respected name in the industry, known for delivering high-quality work with integrity and precision.
As part of the executive leadership team, Kirk sets the company’s vision and strategic direction, while ensuring that QC Services upholds the highest standards of performance, compliance, and client satisfaction.
Mike Strain
Vice President / Owner
As Vice President and Owner of QC Services, LLC, Mike Strain plays a vital role in defining the company’s strategic direction, financial integrity, and long-term growth. An MBA graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Southeastern Louisiana University, Mike brings extensive expertise in financial management, corporate governance, and operational leadership.
Throughout his career, Mike has served in key leadership positions, including Corporate Controller, Division Manager, and Regional Manager. These roles have refined his analytical capabilities, strategic decision-making, and commitment to operational excellence. His disciplined, data-driven approach provides structure and clarity to QC Services’ financial operations, driving profitability and ensuring organizational sustainability.
As part of the executive leadership team, Mike oversees financial reporting, risk management, and regulatory compliance, while identifying opportunities for operational efficiency, innovation, and strategic investment. He also focuses on market expansion- exploring emerging industries, and positioning QC Services for continued growth.
